WHO OWNS THE DESIGN RIGHT?

The design right, the copyright and all other intellectual property rights are owned by us. Any unauthorised reproduction and/or copying of the shape, configuration and construction of our products or images featured on our Website will result in legal action.

DO YOU USE AQUARIUM SAFE MATERIALS?

Our designs are 3d printed in premium PETG plastic. PETG is a safe material to use within your aquarium. It is the material used to manufacture drinks bottles and food containers.
Our choice of PETG is an improved PETG blend certified as safe to use in applications requiring contact with food or drink, does not absorb water and it is highly resistant to salts, acids, alkalis and solvents. Absolutely reef safe. Made to outlast your aquarium. Learn more »

ORDER PROCESS

Easy checkout without registration. Once your order has successfully been placed you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Your order is subject to normal terms and conditions. Once we have received your order we will send you the shipping confirmation as soon your package is dispatched. When you opt for a delivery service that includes tracking, a tracking number will be included in the shipping confirmation email.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Delivery is free (Standard). Orders are delivered with Royal Mail 2nd Class.
Also, you can opt for Royal Mail Tracked 48. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout. As soon your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. Check our Delivery Information for full details.

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?

We aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. If you placed an order, it will be processed on the same day. Please allow 1-2 working days for your order to be produced before dispatch as our pieces are individually crafted.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you would like to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of purchase. Once your package is dispatched, we can no longer change or cancel your order. Check our Returns Information for full details.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. If you wish to return a product, you have a duty to keep it in your possession and to take reasonable care of it until you return it. Product must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
